Yeap, this is my first true gallery update in a while. To be honest I hate updating the gallery. The process is SO tedious and annoying. So trust me, once I add co-authors this will mos def be somebody else’s job. But anyway I added a few pics of Lil’ Wayne and Trey Songz, hope ya’ll enjoy. There are two rappers that get on my nerves. And always find a way to get on my nerves.

I was like, This n*gga’s the hardest n*gga on planet Earth. So no, I’m not dissing 50. And I’m not throwing water on him, neither.

Two words say it all: “I’m small.”
Now you’re a small fry, huh? Sounds like an early cop-out to an over-hyped album that he knows deep in his heart he will never be able to deliver. It’s plain to see why the release of Tha Carter III is taking so long to drop. After all those magazine covers and months and months of claiming ownership the hip-hop throne, it’s kind of hard to force yourself to make a classic album, now isn’t it? Which is why he’s backing down ahead of time. So when the joke of an LP hits the shelves and turns out to be full of sh*t, he’ll be able to resort back to his earlier claim: “Hey… I’m just a small guy compared to the others. I’m still learning.”
But weren’t you just the “best rapper alive”? Weren’t you just “better than Jay-Z”? Weren’t you planning to ruin the legacy of a few legendary Brooklyn rappers by coming out with a mixtape called Hello Brooklyn?
Now all of a sudden you’re “small.” And afraid of 50 Cent. Okey dokey.
And 50 Cent aint sh*t. Any dude who bows down to some clown, fabricating-ass rapper is an idiot. This dude is hanging off Fif’s nutsack harder than he jerks rhymes, swag, style, and charisma from every rapper he was influenced by.
And we can’t forget Curtis getting his cards pulled in Africa {watch — 1:40}. You portrayed a thug’s image, they tried you, and you didn’t do sh*t… except take a few steps. And later made sure homey faced criminal charges. Negro, please.
WTF is wrong with these rappers? They become mesmerized by these gangster flicks, get in the booth and rap about it, then get faced with reality and turn bitch. If it was a known fact that they got homey for snatching his chain, Curtis was supposed to hunt him down and teach him a lesson, according to his rhymes.
And spare us with the little advice. 50 can’t even sell records like he used to anymore, but all of a sudden he’s become an expert on what “sexual songs” the next man should and should not release. How about dishing out tips on when and when not to lash out at your boss? When Curt got too big and arrogant to control himself, he lashed out at Iovine… and lost everything.
Be he aint talking about that one.

Check out Lil Wayne’s album cover for his newest album, “Tha Carter III” (out May 13th). This ish made me laugh out loud. I wonder who did the photoshop though, because the added on suit and tats were done rather nicely. Shout out to ICEDOTCOM for spotting this.
Why he decided to get that tatoo on his forehead I still may never know…

But is he really just that good? I know people are loving him on the mixtape scene but are fans going to show him that love when his album drops. Check out this little clip and lets talk serious business about whether or not we’re looking at a huge release or a huge flop in the making.
So the question is, is Lil Wayne just that good or is he just that hype? It seems like the industry is putting him out there hard and he’s putting himself out there even harder. Why so much attention for this one man, is it his swagger or is it his massive amounts of music on the scene? What is it that you like or dont like about him most?

Just months after rapper Pimp C’s shocking death in a hotel room due to sleep apnea complications and an accidental codeine overdose, the self-proclaimed greatest rapper alive, Lil’ Wayne, refuses to put his cup of codeine-laced drink down.
“I can step out here right now and my bus can flip over so I ain’t worrying about health risks and all that,” Wayne told Westwood Radio recently.
The rapper has made no bones about the contents of the cup he’s always seen carrying around. It’s a mixture of soda and/or alcohol and prescription-strength codeine, which is the main ingredient in the popular illegal beverage, “sizzurp.”
“I pour it up for Pimp C, I pour it up for Bun B, I pour it up for young me, ya dig?” [Watch here]
As SOHH previously reported, but Bun B had already layed off the syrup himself, and after losing his friend and UGK group mate to the popular prescription-strength codeine concoction, he’s even erased it from his lyrics.
“I had had a verse on this album (II Trill) about sizzurp and just all things considered with my personal situation; I thought it would’ve been in poor taste for me to do a song talking about drinking syrup but that’s just me,” Bun B told SOHH.
He also noted that neither he, nor anyone else, can make Wayne stop drugging.
“If Wayne chooses to stop at some point that’ll be Wayne’s decision,” Bun said.
Bun B couldn’t even tell the Young Money Millionaire to put the cup down.
“If [Pimp C] was here he’d probably tell me don’t, and [to] stop, but I mean … Rest in peace Pimp C,” Wayne said. “I am an Underground King, sorry.”
And if the syrup does take him out? “Just honor me like they honor him [Pimp] and that’ll be great enough for me, especially peace to Pimp,” he said refilling his cup. “I’m pourin’ up right now for you, homie. I promise I am.”

Poor Weezy. He’s addicted to sizzurp … big time. And there ain’t no telling what other harmful things that man is putting into his body. I seriously hope he doesn’t become the Amy Winehouse of the hip hop game.
Peep the video above. At a recent concert, rapper Lil Wayne was just meandering around the stage while the background music played. Homie, you are ON STAGE! You’re not in the club… Anyway, apparently a disgruntled fan couldn’t take the nonsense anymore and threw an empty bottle on stage, which in turn hit Weezy in the abdomen area. Needless to say … he was heated. Remember his album 500 Degreez? Yeah, he was about 1000 degrees farenheight, real talk lol. He was so heated that he just stood there for a few seconds and proceeded to say: “Whoever just threw that … the whole crowd needs to beat his ass ’cause he just fucked up y’all show.” and walked off the stage. Then the crowd went nuts and started throwing drinks and other things at the rapper as he walked off the stage.

It seems that one of the South’s favorite rappers Lil Wayne has forgone his efforts to get sober [y’all know he’s on something, don’t front] to focus his attention on promoting safe sex. Check out the article below.
Lil’ Wayne has agreed to appear in a series of public service announcements for Houston mogul J-Prince’s Strapped Condoms. Launched by the Rap-A-Lot Records founder in 2005, Strapped has embarked on a campaign to educate youth in identifying high risk behavior patterns that contribute to the continuous spread of HIV & sexually transmitted diseases. “In the midst of this crisis where HIV & AIDS is the #1 killer where our race of people is concerned, I salute Lil Wayne as an authority figure for taking a stand to inform our people to use Strapped Condoms & to Stay Strapped for Life,” J-Prince said in a statement announcing the effort. The campaign will consist of ads and PSAs targeting youth between the ages of 18-24.
Source While I think that any promotion for safe sex is a great step forward. Is Lil’ Wayne the best person for this job? I mean he’s always in ATL. Everybody loves the music, but I’m worried that him promoting safe sex will fall on deaf ears because of all the other sh*t that surrounds this dude.
